5. Online Reservations

Bice Italian Cuisine offers the ability to make table reservations directly through its website.

5.1 Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please verify that all details (date, time, party size) are correct and contact us promptly if there is any error.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time to avoid any cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, or no-shows without prior notice, may result in a fee or refusal of a future reservation.

5.3 Events and Large Groups

For large group reservations or private events, a deposit may be required. The specific deposit terms (amount, cancellation deadline) will be communicated to you directly at the time of confirmation. The deposit may be non-refundable after an agreed-upon date.

5.4 Late Arrivals

We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time. After this period, the table may be released to another guest.

Bice Italian Cuisine offers the ability to place orders directly through the website bicecuisine.com.

6.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to our acceptance, which may depend on product availability and operating hours. A confirmation will be sent by email or notification once your order has been accepted.

6.2 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Bice Italian Cuisine reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify the customer.

6.3 Payment Methods

We accept credit card, debit card, and any other payment method indicated during the ordering process. Your payment is processed securely through our payment service provider.

6.4 Refunds

Orders placed through third-party platforms (Uber Eats, Skip the Dishes, DoorDash) are subject to each platform’s own terms of use. Bice Italian Cuisine is not responsible for delays, errors, delivery issues, or disputes arising from these platforms.

For any issues related to an order placed through a third-party platform, we encourage you to contact that platform directly. However, for any concerns about food quality, please reach out to us at info@bicecuisine.com.

9. Newsletter and Email Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter or providing your email address, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages from us in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Every marketing email includes a clear and functional unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking that link or by writing to us at info@bicecuisine.com. Unsubscribe requests are processed within a maximum of 10 business days.

10. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions

While we take every precaution, our dishes may contain or have come into contact with common allergens, including: gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, shellfish, soy, and others.

Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering or being seated. Bice Italian Cuisine cannot be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from allergies not disclosed by the customer.
